My credentials include a B.S. in biology with a minor in philosophy (not physics or chemistry). I took a course called Philosophy of Science, which examines the nature of knowledge and how it has evolved over the centuries—from the inquiries of Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle to Albert Einstein’s theory of relativity and Stephen Hawking’s work on quantum mechanics and black holes. Many scientists have contributed to quantum mechanics (for example, Niels Bohr).
Lastly, I’ve been pondering existence since childhood. I have been asking the “why” questions my whole life, because one day I suddenly found myself on a planet called Earth as an animal known as Homo sapiens sapiens (a human being) with a mind capable of perceiving the world of existence…
